Spring is finally in the air here in London, though it's arriving in fits and starts. What is consistent, though, is that each day is just a bit longer than the one that preceded it, and that beautiful, golden light at day's end shows us that the earth's angle is shifting ever so slightly.
Over the last couple of weekends, we've seen more and more people out exploring the city. The parks are full of people strolling, dogs running happily and children running with balls and balloons, shrieking with happiness as they're scooped up and plunked down on their daddys' shoulders.
Everyone is out and enjoying the sun. Daffodils and crocuses have shown their colorful faces once again, and trees and shrubs and beginning to bloom. Ducks, geese and swans are making their nests and their industry will soon yield new families of fluffy, feathered babies.
